Day 1

Date:05/01/2020

Too much to do at work, being asked to do things that aren’t mine to do. Making mistakes and having to redo work.
Day 2

Date: 06/01/2020

8

Feeling even more irritated by work as its building from yesterday. Feel like I can’t cope and desperately want to go home. I feel like there’s a party in my head with too many thoughts swirling round.
Day 3

Date: 07/01/2020

4

Day off, glad to be at home and get things done for myself. Time to relax but sleeping badly and can’t switch off.
Day 4

Date: 08/01/2020

7

Back at work, I hate being here. It’s driving me crazy!
Day 5

Date: 09/01/2020

4

Things easing off at work. Tasks getting completed and people calming down. Workload reducing and I’m beginning to feel better.
Day 6

Date: 10/01/2020

5

Calmer at work. Hyper kids at home testing my patience. Feel like I need to relax but not getting much chance. Time to open the wine!
Day 7

Date: 11/01/2020

2

Day off work and a lie in, not as much pressure to do things today. Needed to entertain the kids as they were getting restless later in the day. A walk with the dog and visit to the park made the day an enjoyable one

Work has caused my stress to rise this week, with deadlines looming and people panicking to get things done on time. Stress levels reduce when work pressure eases off.
